          No instant download email after your purchase?  It could be possible that your download email could be in your junk/spam folder depending upon how your email settings are set up. You may need to configure your spam filters to allow emails from us and or add us to your contact list.  Download links expire after 4 days, so if you foget to download within that time,  you will need to email me so I can send them out to you.

I ALWAYS repond to emails reguarding download problems, or customer concerns and suggestions. If you do not recieve a response from us, it means there are computuer technical problems. Please keep trying to  make contact again until we make a connection.
