The terms of use are really very  simple. Whether purchased or downloaded a design for free, all designs remain the sole property of Shari Marie Creations. No sharing please. Send your friends to visit my site to get their freebies.

In no instance are the designs to be sold as singles or included in any other design collections. Doing so violates copywrite laws. You may resize designs at your own risk and change thread colors to better suit your personal tastes. You are not permitted to modify or copy the designs and pass them off as your own. 

You are welcome to use any of the designs for personal use and on items stitched to sell ie; craft shows, festivals and bazaars. You may sell such items on Ebay and online stores, however, I do ask that you credit me for the original design by providing a link to my website on your auction page or website. You do not have permission to sell the designs themselves.

Example:  "The embroidery designs used to create this item can be found at www.sharimariecreations.com"

P.S.    Replacing lost design files. Please back up your design files on a regular basis or save your pay pal invoice #. You can save your design files something other than your computer, ie CD diskette, or memory stick. I no longer will  be researching sales records to re send replacement files that have been lost unless you can provide the exact date of purchase or pal pal invoice number. Without the invoice  # it can be a very time consuming task and my time is as valuable to me and my family as it is to you.  Recently purchased designs within a few days or weeks are not too much of a problem to search for but anything older will need the pay pal invoice # in order to recieve replacement files.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.
